I assume you mean tax reform. Have you read the bill? Most of us can live with pieces of it. But its largely designed to retaliate against those who vote democratic: urban areas, high cost of living states, higher education. The portion the bill that would impose a tax on waived tuition for graduate students would absolutely hurt the university of Missouri as a research college and make a higher education unaffordable for most.
