Puryear , Barnett and Phillips will get significant minutes all year. Smith may be able to compete, don't really have a feel for how good he is. The rest may have difficult times getting into games but the guards are all new, young and unproven with the exception of Phillips. And while Robertson is experienced, he's essentially unproven at this level. And is Suggs even eligible this year? Doesn't he have to sit out. Reed, Van Leer and Geist are relatively deep bench players on most decent teams so I really do not think they see the court that much unless the freshmen guards fail to develop at a reasonable pace. They played last year out of necessity.
