What is a 'good' year and a 'great' year for basketball?

Given the hype of incoming recruiting class, but the reality of a fairly weak cupboard left behind, and Mizzou's generally bad mojo. Here's my view....want to hear yours.

Good year = 19-11 overall going into SEC Tourney play. Medium to deep run in SEC Tourney, and make NCAA Tourney (1 and done).

Great year = 23-7 overall going into SEC Tourney play. Deep run, even surprise win in SEC Tourney, and make it to Sweet 16 or better in NCAA's.
