restrictions on any type of arms are unconstitutional. Many Rs are in disagreement with me. I do not believe everyone should access to anything they can get their hands on but I do not think we have followed the procedures necessary to prohibit some of them. You cannot write laws that supersede the constitution and that is what we have been doing for years now.
