The Second Amendment states the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. However, this strict restriction against government laws only applies to weapons, and not the accessories that are found on weapons. Therefore, the government can ban any accessories because the strict restriction against prohibition only applies to weapons. However, SCOTUS can tell you that certain weapons are also banned and this is okay and legal and in compliance with all laws including the Second Amendment.

The best thing I ever did for myself was breaking out of the R v. D game, and thinking for myself. When you play R v. D games you come to ridiculous conclusions like this one by Spanky, all in the name of defending the sanctity of your team.
