exactly that.
the point i was trying to make and thought i did a good job of making perhaps was that if they had followed proper protocol he never would have been on trial in the first place.
NOT following protocol is what allowed those inclined to believe in the conspiracy of all cops are dirty all the ammo they needed. no pun intended. not following procedure and not following GOOD tactics opened the window.
