at straws to malign a good cop.
2) Has nothing to do with the death of the perp. He should have (and likely did) face internal discipline for violating dept procedures;
3) That's what Cops do. The cop didn't have his gun drawn at that time and was trying to get the suspect to exit the vehicle.
4) Cops aren't doctors and the autopsy is what revealed the clotting bandage would not have helped.
5) What does that have to do with the case?
6) He went back to the car to secure and 'make safe' the weapon the suspect pulled on him. He is trained to do that.
7) There is no 'alleged finding' of the gun. It was there.
8) He should have worn gloves to secure the weapon.
