the very first thing i said was the state didn't prove it's case. and not guilty doesn't mean innocent.

and i specifically said that none of the things i'm mentioning directly matter relating to the justification of the shooting however all of them together lead a lot of reasonable people even and especially unreasonable people to question the incident.

all i was saying is had they followed procedure he wouldn't have been in this situation.

period.
