When they can't pass or stop a law, they track down some progressive judge to do it for them.

It's easier to find that one judge than convince America.

Even if overturned, it delays whatever that law does for months, even years.

Even when they lose an election, or a vote, progressives still don't quit if they think they can find a friendly judge.
