Are you limiting this to the Abrahamics. The Tao has much to say on correct living.
Loving kindess and the eightfold path of the Buddha does as well. Confucius taught us to treat others as we wish to be treated. That's pretty sound advice.
But of the Three - there is value in each. Muslims acknowledge the personal struggle bt our divine and our material natures as Jihad - that is strong. And they assure five times a day to put their hearts above their heads and to pray five times. That's solid.
Jewish Torah offers so very much - the 10 Commandments, good stuff. To spend ONE DAY EVERY WEEK - doing NOTHING but observing the passage of time - on the Sabbath. That's awesome too.
Christ says to LOVE your enemy. Ah yes. Christ says to leave ALL behind and to follow him if you want to see God. Christ says to die to the material and be reborn in the Spiritual - Yes.
AND THERE, THERE tucked away in the Catholic Mass is the only line you need from any of them
PRAISE GOD ALWAYS & EVERYWHERE - so THERE is this Christian win.
