presidential action for up to 60 days. The president has their authority to engage in limited military actions.

The War Powers Act does not had over any of their authority is simply grants the president the authority to begin actions before seeking their approval.

I would suggest that you read the constitution but even if you did you would continue to misunderstand what you were reading.
