Non-big names are on our radar because they have created a good situation at their current location and are having success. That means we are asking them to leave the successful situation they built and start to fail, that costs money to be willing to take on an undertaking like that.

Bringing in good players under a new coach won't pay immediate results because they will be freshman. We still need to mostly turn this entire roster over, land SEC caliber players....and have them grow into upperclassmen before we can recover from this impacts of this mistake.
