Of course they would be better off with a different coach. The question isn't if MU could hire someone who could do better than Kim, its if anyone could be hired that could do worse? The latter is interesting to discuss, but I suspect the answer is no.
There is nothing to disrupt. A new coach could come in and regardless of the path he took from day 1 quickly surpass where we stand now if they have even a remote amount of competence.
