improving SEC still puts the odds for a tourney in year 4 at somewhere around a coin-flip. USCe won 25 games last year and didn't make the tourney. 15 wins would probably require Mizzou to win 5 or 6 additional games against top 50 programs to be a tourney team in the future. 20 wins is far from a given with 15 wins this year, especially if the OOC is as easy as it's looking to be.
