It isn't nearly as emotional or complicated as your rambling suggests. It's purely a questions of whether the team would be better off with a new coach, or better off to keep on the current path after this season. That's all they are looking at. And if they believe that we're headed for a good year next year, they aren't changing coaches. Period.
