The current bowl system brings in a ton of corporate money (naming rights of all the bowls). That will be lost in a playoff system, because they will replace that with select sponsors and the dollars won't add up. Also, each bowl game has its own week of events that leads up to the bowls. If they were such a loser in money, you would see number of bowl game reducing...not increasing. And yes..the regular season would suck....We would see NFL like games where teams would rest players.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
