Again - that CA statute did not state that one must remain in a vehicle when parked in a strip mall, prior to the police pulling up.

Are you really this obtuse?

That ****ing PIG ****ed up and deserves to do a few months jail time for his assault on the lady. He won't though, all they city of Austin will do is fire his sorry ass & settle with the lady.
