That's interesting news.
Even CA statutes (liberal as they are) - do not state that one can't exit a vehicle in a parking lot to enter a place of business, prior to being confronted by a police officer.
Most cops are good - some are bad. That one in the video is a PIG with a god complex.
My wife wouldn't approve a girlfriend.
Again - you can't answer a simple question? Is your BF a cop or what?
