she got out of her car and was walking to Wendy's (I believe is what the audio said). This wasn't a roadside stop & we don't have that part of the video.
No - I've never gotten out of my car and approached a cop car - anytime I've been stopped it has been roadside, and that is the proper course of action. If I were pulling into a parking lot and thought I might get out of a ticket by walking away, I might give it a shot.
PLEASE answer my question: How would you feel IF a female member of your family was treated in the same manner as that lady? (it's ok to answer a hypothetical question, rather than saying "my wife wouldn't do that".)
PLEASE answer question #2: Do you (I assume not a trained police officer) think that it was prudent for this "officer" to arrest this lady, having seen the video? If so, do you think that cops should arrest everyone that doesn't comply with a request (in under 5 seconds)?
