the cop told her to sit in the car - she sat in the car (he didn't say "get in the car & close the door") If this cop had competent training, he would have recognized that this female posed NO threat to him - in or out of the car. If he had competent training and wanted her in the car, with the door closed - he would have directed her to do so AND not approached/engaged her in other dialogue UNTIL she complied - he FAILED to do that because he was exercising his POWER over her (for going a few miles over a ****ing speed limit.)
The cop continued to fire directives at her - she complied - she didn't close the door fast enough for her liking, so the P I G, threw her on the ground and cuffed her. Raising her arms to the point of inflicting pain - for a GD speeding ticket and not bowing down to that G O D complex.
There were less than 5 seconds from the time he told her to close the door until the point he was yanking her out of the car. There was no warning - "Ma'am please close the car door, or I will consider it as resisting arrest and take you into custody."
Would the situation have been different if she were a white woman? How would you feel if that was your mother, wife, sister, daughter? That PIG needs to be fired, prosecuted for assault & pounded in the azz in prison.
