This statement is exactly why I gave you "Insurance 101" information. If you knew anything about insurance, you would understand that some policies are driven by the individual (car insurance - driving record), some by external factors (home owner's - distance to hydrant, airports etc).

Try reading informative posts twice, it may sink in the 2nd time.
