and will continue to. I can see a lot of coaching shutting themselves off almost completely from any kind of financial agreements and terms and letting the General Managers do that. Keep it separate from the coaches. Other then identifying talent wishes the coaches will be shielded from it completely. I can see holdouts and everything else in the future.
