d most heavily to renewables vs those using more traditional fuels is the easiest & best measure of which is cheapest.

From what I have seen, the renewable heavy producers charge more than their counterparts.

Studies on either side have so many variables and assumptions that it is far more subjective than objective.

The big thing is total cost of ownership from start to decommissioning and disposal.
