is hardly a valid reason to oppose peace talks in an ongoing, brutal war.
Sans that "logic", is it really your position that a meeting between the two countries that have some 80% of the world's nuclear missiles to discuss a nuclear treat, and to dialogue on what can be done to stop an ongoing brutal war that has already caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands, disrupted the lives of millions, destroyed much of a country and has cost hundreds of billions of dollars in weapons to cause that destruction is necessarily "a nonsensical meeting"?
I will ask you the question I asked rask below:
If you were president, or king, and could control US policy, what would you do in this situation?
