probably the most expensive sport out there. You have to buy ice time.

You can play soccer, football, baseball, basketball, golf, disc golf (lol), mini golf (lol), bags, badminton, croquet, pool, ping pong, etc...all are easier to play than ice hockey.

That is the main reason people don't care.
