His main problems is he cannot be clear on his goals to the public or the market.

Is it no tariffs at all
Is it equal tariffs
Is it to move production to the USA
Is it just a mood he gets in the morning when he gets to tweeting and social media posts.

I know people think faking out is fine, but all that does very much affect how companies will invest in the future, as well as traders trying to determine the costs to a company, and ask those companies questions on pricing and margins as they look forward.

It is different to do as a CEO vs a President.
