Add: the right number of scholarships that have to be offered and how many sports you have to offer will move to the league’s discretion and whatever membership requirements they place on schools. Not a bloated NCAA where schools like UMKC and SEMO have some say. Nothing against those schools, it’s just business.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
