They’ll be fine. Big12 is viable enough and has brands valuable enough to get TV money and pay their players. More interesting to me is whether the SEC and Big 10 will work with them, ACC and others on postseason playoffs, tourneys. I just see no reason for the Big 10 and SEC to share money by remaining tied to the NCAA and old ways.
