is going to further consolidate collegiate sports as many programs outside of the sec, b10 and not named notre dame simply will not have the resources to put $20.5 million additional into player salaries. if congress doesn't give antitrust exemptions to the ncaa/universities, this is all going to collapse in a couple of years.
