Seems to be a regular occurrence. Hyde Park is an island of upscale historic homes surrounded by the ghetto.

White knighters love to live in those homes until they realize their children will be going to KCMO Public Schools and they can either send them to St. Paul's or Catholic schools, or they can move to the suburbs. Of course when they move to Johnson County they bring their liberalism with them.
