to Hospital Hill I'm stopped at a light and a Fireball bottle goes flying out the window into the median. Then the light turns green abd the car pulls forward. It's got 4 or 5 black utes in it and I am instantly met with the smell of pot.

Yeah, nothing like a carload of black utes drinking and getting high cruising down the Bruce R.

A rolling felony car stop just looking to happen.
