Its mainly under DEI. They are making sure than in education they do not teach or promote diversity, equity or inclusion. THat is up to a private university how and if they want to include those concepts in their instruction. They have also made it clear that they need "full cooperation" on deporting protestors the government doesn't agree with, which is also a major problem, since deportations so far are not following the law and not affording due process.
