FOr a president to be going after private firms in this way is very scary. Very authoritarian. And many of the firms he is going after now have not engaged in "politcal lawfare". He is just trying to get as many of the top firms in his pocket as he can. The door swings both ways. I wonder what the Trumpers will be saying in the future if a president goes after every firm that has anyone on it that every worked for Trump, a Trump official, or caved to Trump. People on this board constantly complained when Biden was in office that Biden had weaponized the government. I agreed. This takes it to a new level however, and should be remembered in the future when the door swings the other way.
