plenty of scummy lawyers and scummier law firms. I think the ABA (a liberal group but...) should be involved.
Seems a bit heavy handed for the power of the US government to come down on a firm for discriminatory practices.
I get it, many firms like Perkins Couey were very politically involved in efforts to oust/cheat trump during the election. They should be held to account. But when trump does it, it seems like a vendetta.
And i heard on the radio that some of the five firms settled by doing pro bono work for efforts or organizations trump likes.
Don't know enough to formally oppose this but it's concerning.
