I know you're a lawyer, but the President can remove invaders (so deemed) without asking the courts under that law.

I know Breyer (I like a lot of his work) handed out some fantasy **** to illegal aliens that no other country offers (or should offer), but that still doesn't apply to those who are deemed subject to the act specifically (Tren de Aragua).
