about “maximal responders” who are cancer patients studying how vaccination affects them. Maximal responders had T cell exhaustion. Non-maximal responders did not.

More doses of COVID vaccine in maximal responder cancer patients was shown to exhaust the T cells that fight COVID.

It has nothing to do with the general public. Just a subset of cancer patients in a tiny study.
