Is it a ideology of the stupid... human nature is Human nature there is no such thing as a Benevolent Empire, king, Czar, tribal leader or Pharaoh.
From day one at the First recorded meeting of two tribes at a ancient watering hole a literal war was fought.
There is only the Powerful and the Weak. Sure there are degree's of how the powerful exercise that power upon the weak...to appear benevolent and to make that wielding more palatable to the masses.
But make no mistake historically there can never ever be coexistence based on brotherly love and all that BS tripe.
You want peace and prosperity for your people then power and dominance is the only way on this earth.
