Yep and California is a wasteland of inefficient Marxist bureaucracy at the state level and FEMA is a Federal agency that is incompetent and incapable of doing the job they are task with doing in a fair and timely manner.

The Agency is a juggernaut of a beast who's only goal is to grow and grow and to be self serving.

Again let the Feds take in the tax dollars, take a 2% for redistributing the funds to the states and let the states handle those situations.

The idea that a bunch of Career minded bureaucrats in DC can actually help people is so Laughable.
