finsih the season the weekend before T-day

36 teams - 12, 3 team pods 3 weekends to play 2 games in each pod, come out with 12 teams. Pods are build based on the final rankings, Pods would be (1, 13, 36) to (12, 24, 25) play last weekend of Nov & 1st & 2nd weekend of Christmas

reseed based on outcomes

6 games in round 1 1v12 to 6v7 - 6 teams. left all on campus at higher seed - Played 3rd weekend in Dec

reseed, #1 & #2 get byes

2 games in round 2 played weekend before Christmas

2 games in semi's 3v6 and 4v5 played NYDay

then finals played 2nd weekend of Jan

-Pod Losers are still eligible for the lesser bowls (24 teams)
-Those teams not in the top 36 get a game on T-day weekend to get the 12th game in scheduled based on region / interest
-Fill bowl spots based on final record and conference of those not in pods (36 teams)
