For example, if Brady Cook wants to return but the NCAA says he's no longer eligible.
What's the legal basis for that authority?
It seems like the same kind of "collusion" between universities (via the NCAA) that's been successfully challenged through the courts as an antitrust violation and/or infringement upon players' rights.
More generally, does the NCAA have any authority at all any more – from a legal standpoint?
