Here - You seem to want the same penalties (I assume) for one who commits vehicular homicied via a DUI whose actions result in the death of a pregnant woman heading to the hospital for delivery as one whose actions cause the death of a woman and newborn returning home from the hospital. I don't know if this is a settled legal matter. A busboy bumps into the back of the pregnant wife of a restauranteur causing her to stumble down a number a steps into the basement and leading the end of her pregnancy. So is that murder or manslaughter there. Mom is OK but the pregnancy ends.
