Further in Harris wins and the Dems get a bit of a majority laws could be put in place with reasonable prohibition of states enacting such absurdities as a six week ban - a ban that in essence restricts terminating a pregnancy to only those women who do not know they are pregrant, you are able under such bans only to terminate pregnancies you don't know you have.
