these lawsuits ask for gigantic damages and even if they are adjudicated there is almost always a much lower settlement. It has nothing to do with this case in particular. You wondered why they settled and I gave you the reason. If you choose to weirdly race-bait on a legal issue that is your choice. Look at the news. There are huge class action suits "settled" every single day that zero to to do with gender race or religion.
