Saying every institution has norms doesn't mean the norms are equally restrictive.

With the exception of possibly Bob Jones University, Liberty is perhaps has the most morally imposing and restrictive "honor code" of any university.

And when was the last time the military punished soldiers for going to a party, touching boobs, drinking alcohol, or spending the night with a person of the opposite (or even same) sex?

Liberty is incredibly restrictive of morals and personal lifestyle choices.

That was Bill's point and he was right.
