narrative that tells us what a wonderful life he lived. he may have, idk. what i saw was solely on the philco, constantly demeaning our country, our values, and college sports east of the mountains.
i grew weary of it to the point i stopped watching when he was on the tube. he talked about everything but the game itself.
in the end, his persona was not so much a reflection of his absolutely elite career on the court but his loud-mouth commentaries afterwards. that's what the media darlings will miss most and why they are shaken by his death.
