Some of you are naïve to think that wasn't a major factor.

Our AD heads the National Coalition of Minority Coaches and, so far, her two most important hires (basketball and baseball) were both highly underqualified minorities.

Gates' best team at Cleveland State had a Kenpom ranking of 168. His teams were terrible.

DRF's Kerrick Jackson hiring (for baseball) is even more of a head-scratcher.
