But let's be honest, Alden thought getting a big gym built, hiring a young guy like Quin who he figured would win well enough to get him a gig at a big school like Texas or some other such "blue blood" was the path forward for him personally.

Instead he quit being an AD to teach the dream course he always wanted to teach at MU. That lasted like 3 weeks.
