came in and interviewed Alden, and told him that he, John Calipari, would make all the decisions on basketball, Mike Alden and his minions would do as they was told regarding basketball and don't bother sending me any memos either.

Mike Alden then said thanks but no thanks as that isn't how a superior AD such as Mike Alden operates, and John "withdrew" his name.
