It is a changing landscape with evolving tech. Smarter money may even be to return to urban cores with public transit in place of cars. That's best anyway. There have also been developments where car ownership is transformed so that 4-5 folks and you schedule use. Bring use down in fact. Maybe we just got stupid with suburbs and cars and sht and that is no way to go.
