What I mean by balanced is a somewhat more patient transition to EVs beginning with widespread adoption of Hybrids rather than a rush to EV adoption. But decades of basically ignoring climate change perhaps gave leadership the idea that our backs were against that wall. Idk. An approach the encourages use of hybrids first with adoption to full EV down the line inevitable. The destruction we have done to this planet is so severe it is called the Anthropocene. It is fact and present. Is it too late now? Coming close. WE cause the 6th Great Extinction. Fact. My comment about a balanced approach was for one that might work.
